The project is located in Yanqing District, northwest of Beijing, which is known as the green lung of the city with beautiful scenery and magnificent mountains. It is accessible by driving over seventy kilometers from downtown Beijing, and along the way, one can feel the majestic presence of Juyong Pass and Badaling Great Wall.

In 2019, the World Horticultural Exposition was successfully held here, attracting a blooming array of flowers and visitors from all over the world. This project served as the security center during the Horticultural Exposition and successfully fulfilled its scheduling and command tasks at that time. More fortunately, it also undertook some of the hotel reception tasks for the 2022 Winter Olympics. In conjunction with the adjacent Hyatt Hotel, this place has also been transformed into a hotel under the Hyatt Regency brand to meet the needs of the Winter Olympics and to add a comfortable suburban hotel for future visits to Yanqing.
