Covering an area of about 20,000 square meters, Huamantang-Yishui has dozens of single-family houses of different sizes and forms, embraced by mountains, covered by bamboo, surrounded by a small stream and gurgling water, which complements the simple and beautiful natural scenery of Shoushong Temple, which is thousands of meters away.

When the designer received the project two years ago, most of the civil construction had already been completed. In order to make the construction of the house more comfortable and reasonable, and the overall atmosphere more integrated into the surrounding environment, the owner commissioned the designer to do a total remodeling on the basis of the existing building.

After surveying the surrounding environment, the designers decided to focus on how to maximize the use of natural water resources, the designers expect to introduce the trickling of clear water into the public areas of the hotel, so that it can become a natural barrier to filter the hustle and bustle of the city and heal the body and mind.
