We provide 2 years defects liability period and Lifetime maintenance.
Within the defects liability period, we can provide replacement to our furniture that is damaged.
We can also provide technical support, such as assembly instruction, furniture maintenance and hardware replaced for lifetime.
Every year we will have our sales team and technical team to visit clients in regards to the furniture design and quality improvements.
